We are looking for a results-oriented Online Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting warm leads into satisfied clients through effective communication and personalized consultations. You will manage client relationships using CRM tools, ensure smooth transaction processes, and continuously optimize sales scripts to improve conversion rates.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with leads via chat, calls, email, and social media
- Conduct consultations and close deals
- Work with CRM, guide clients to payment
- Optimize scripts and improve the sales funnel
- Track and report key sales metrics weekly
Requirements
- 1+ year in sales (online is a plus)
- English C+, strong communication skills
- Confident, persuasive, result-driven
- CRM experience & self-discipline in remote work
- Experience in phone-based sales (inbound/outbound)
